At Rachel & Brian California, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return an item. This Return Policy explains the conditions and process clearly.

1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs-related fees.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on an item for fit is allowed; wearing it for use is not.

Orders placed with the intent of returning multiple sizes or variations (e.g. ordering several sizes to keep only one) are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below:

Submit your return request by emailing info@rachelbriancalifornia.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which may be located outside your country of residence (e.g. China).

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any shipping, customs, or import fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace). This is the customer’s responsibility.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Refunds

Once the returned item has arrived at the return address and has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
4. Liability & Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments, especially if no tracking information is available.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility lies with the customer.

Any address errors made during checkout are the customer’s responsibility.

Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours after placing an order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes.
